thanks man. appreciate - I'll take your numbers as more accurate than my own on this one.
if bulk of the cost blowouts appears to be as a result of the road then there is very little the MD and the BoDs could have done as they can't start before all approvals were in place.
regarding the plant and other machinery, they could have order lot earlier as they had cash. so far (if I remember right) they already ramped up over $80m and the road has not even started.
It will come to LOM aka growing the resource.
