What percentage extra would this achieve? Fairly?.
surely some of the prerequisites of obtaining a MD within the DRC being satisfied couldn’t be passed off as meaningless?
remember ATH when it was supposed AVZ were taking the project forward after obtaining a MD was $1.36.
obviously a potential buyer wants the project/asset at the cheapest price. The intriguing part lies in the value attributed to what happens outside of the transaction if it were not to occur and the amount paid to no longer have those consequences.
