AS usual when prices drop blame someone else. Never do any research into what Lynas may be doing that may be causing price drop. In fact LYC is over bought and is high be every metric I know. This includes Revenue per share. Profit per share. Book value to Market Cap. It is simple Lynas price is down because of Lynas performance. this is because NdPrO prices are down to where Lynas cannot perform to keep prices up. It is that simple. AL told us clearly she will not increase production at these levels. so how does the list of positive things Toly said in the beginning help in the next 6~12 months? it clearly does not if AL says she will not use it. Not clear this is the real reason for lower than expected output. there may also be fundamental problems she is covering up. only higher prices will show what is true.
I have shown the following chart many times. I have been called names for it. Been told I am a down ramper. All data is from Lynas ARs. Other than slander no one has given any reason why this chart does not show why Lynas SP is going to fall much more. A much better place to look than Toloy's dreams. Why would anyone hold through another 30~ 50% loss vs sell and buy back. Is it guaranteed? No by the facts say it is the most likely out come by overwhelming odds. the chances of stock going up is Nil so if wrong still should be able to buy back at close to same price if they do not fall. Successful investing is about playing the ODDS. There are no sure things. Yes my ideas are not a sure thing be difference between me and Toly is I know it and re-evaluate continuously. Toly just keeps saying it will be better tomorrow. He is correct but we should have a big fall in SP before that happens.
