Still think its should be around below $3 to be in line with other in the sector. PLS is the outlier so it still commands a premium if it falls back in line then yes is better value. If you asking if a 20% allocation should be considered now? Sure if you make sure to allocation at least 40% below this price.
By the way, at 4pm the sp closed at $3.45. Then at 4:12pm the sp closed at $3.41 with almost 15 million shares got sold/bought. Do you know the mechanism for that to happen?
There is no mechanism its just simply not enough buyers vs sellers. Meaning it had to drop to $3.41 to find a balanced price between the bid and ask for orderr to fill by 4:10pm. After at 4:12pm "late market order" 9m share ($30m) traded was from a block trade and that is for shorters to cover.
