@Scott th Ratbag; the UN Committee of Inquiry only considered what was done by Hamas and by Netanyahu's Regime prior to the end of 2023.
That's significant!
It does not cover the last five and a half months during which time Netanyahu's Regime has dropped another 100,000 US high explosive munitions on heavily populated civilian areas in Gaza, deployed an estimated 20,000 US powerful missiles and countless US artillery shells.
The UN CIS has found Hamas to be guilty of war crimes during the first two and a half months of the conflict. It's found Netanyahu's Regime also be guilty of war crimes but because of how extensive they were prior to the endif 2023 it's adjudged that it's also guilty of crimes against humanity.
Throughout this period one country has poured the WMDs and the munitions into the hands of Netanyahu's Regime while shielding it from scrutiny and vetoing proposals to stop the slaughter. And yet the United Nations COI has not made any findings about the role played by the USA.
