My reading is the opposite; if you owned 122,000 shares at COB Friday, you can buy 100,000 shares in the CR, plus ask for an extra 25% if they have shares left over (absolute max of 125,000 shares).
Under the Entitlement Offer, Eligible Shareholders may
subscribe for 1 New Share for every 1.22 Existing Shares held
on the Record Date.
