The flora and fauna study takes 12 months ie all 4 seasons and will be completed at the end of this year.
Once the EIA is submitted it is a 2 year process with the Chilean Government for approval.
its pretty clear the goal is to monetise the water business to fund the equity side of financing the mine.
given the recent agreement around the sale of water licences for $600mil to BOO desalination plant. Its is not unreasonable to see something silimar happen for HCH.
The timeline of this will determine if there are future CR's.
