I noticed that the email with voting links came in on a Friday afternoon before a long weekend here with just six working days to cast your vote.

Looks like we have another month to vote. I usually try to vote as late as possible, because it gives these parasites less time to purchase shares on or off-market if they find they are losing the vote. In fact I think I'll vote "for" today and then change my vote a day or so before close to be even more unhelpful to their evil plans.
