Not everyone adopts a long term approach, and often LTHs will sell for reasons unrelated to the business (buy a new yacht, start a business, fund retirement, help with cost of living etc). If everyone simply bought and then held, we wouldn't have a market
I'd be surprised if any of these sellers were looking at the company and didn't like what they saw (assuming they actually researched it and didn't simply make a punt)
Good to see though that the buyers far outweigh the sellers.
