I agree with your statement about the size and complexity of the tenements but Retail is not going to get this moving in a direction where LTH's are going to be able to cash out some profits without tanking the SP, which needs to happen.
If 50% is given away for the DFS, how much more will be sacrificed for CAPEX funding? Thats the Damocles sword.
