Why would we cut production when we're still making a profit? We cut production our fixed costs go up! Silly strategy.
We continue producing (focus on continue to reduce costs and scale) and let the others who are struggling take the fall and we survive on the other side.
I hope the MD and the BOD do not listen to your suggestion at all.
