AVB reason for halt - 'Substancial capital raising"
VOR reason for halt - 'regarding a significant transaction'
AVB is quite clear cut on what the halt is for...
VOR could be anything from..
Capital raising
Takeover
New project Acquisition
I think takeover is unlikely as we would have seen 'becoming substancial holder' anns all over the place. Although they are low on cash, i dont think it is a cap raising at this stage. Likely and judging by last QTRely is that it will be a new project...
