Having spoken to a few MD's and geo's myself (I also live in Victoria, you need to get your but down to the RRS conferences), I can say there are many out there that appreciate the work you've shared on HC. You have a knack of condensing information down into easier to understand bite sizes. I find you effectively do this by formatting announcements by paraphrasing, adding your own thoughts and highlighting the most important sections/statements made in each announcement. I also like the way you add old information from previous announcements to add context which injects comparative value to the new information.
