Face #1. "Million of affordable houses will be built, don't you worry about that."
Face #2. Let's make it so expensive that first home buyers will never be able to afford to buy.
If it looks like a duck and swims like a duck and quacks like a duck then it's a duck.
If it looks like a fake policy and is failed to be implemented and produces victims then it is a labor policy.
Labor needs victims and thousands of them. They can't allow first home buyers to escape their clutches so they make housing more expensive.
