I'll probably take up the offer. As a sub-underwriter would I rather hold 1000 shares at 4.3c or 1000 shares at 4.5c with 250 options (noting exercise 7.9c)? If buying I suspect it's not to my benefit to give away the options for a ~4.4% discount to spp.
