I was thinking listening to the 2 videos posted by the comparison, in Australia there would be very few vanadium experts, so their salaries would be proportionately higher in comparison with say a junior lithium or copper developer. Agree we don’t need more receptionists, bookkeepers, accountants etc., but this should be considered when discussing the higher wages
