maybe it's not and it's simply a case of pressing on to convert as much into Indicated at best bang for buck to feed into the PFS/DFS and an improved NPV
Brian has long communicated that any equity related transaction will be at value and not at depressed share prices, strategy seems to be progressing to increase that value aspect
