Nah, I don't think they are comparable:MMC's (Mitre) project is a small gold deposit (380k Oz ), plus 18Moz silver.
Sun Silver is a pure silver player (175 Moz Silver), plus 1.3M Oz of gold.
Mitre project is in Chile. The average time to get an environmental aproval in Chile is about 5 years but can go up to 12 years.
Sun Silver is located in Nevada, the world's top mining jurisdiction, and it's surrounded by the major P.M miners in the world (Barrick, Newmont, Kinross, etc).MMC Inground value AgEq = $2.02
