As we know, this $185m grant stipulated "conditionally approved", which in a nutshell means, we need a signed offtake for the grant to be issued. Or is this related to the "sensitive" (do not disclose) statement released during the federal budget regarding the grant?
Just looking at other resource stocks the decline seems to be affecting the whole sector.
