I have been waiting to see where this settles after a few days before commenting but this far very happy with the raise David and Andrew our no 1 and no2 LTH shareholders have done to protect as best you can existing shareholders interests.
I think very probably the Merchant Placements and the Chairman placements would have been carefully considered on merit to the long term interests of the company going forward. Time of course will tell.
The SPP well they have little control other than to do a fair allocation (maybe 1/2 to a 1/3 of requested) of the $2.4 million being made available so who knows how the “smarty punters” versus LTH will behave and influence.
All in All so far very impressed with how David is getting the capital raise cloud lifted. Will take as many as I can get and hold them.
