I think when the company announced news like "opportunites for offtake arrangements with X, Y, Z", or "there are significant interest from investors", etc. then it should also announce, in one way or another, when those opportunities did not materialise.

I find it hard to keep track when they make those kinds of announcements, then we wait for them, and then they never happen.
