the fact that a little oil seeps through doesn't mean sanctions aren't working ......very little oil is getting into Europe compared to prior to the invasion which is why putin has had to find customers in India and China who are screwing him .....EXACTLY BECAUSE he can't sell much west at all .

the new UK sanctions are just the latest effort to block channels ....russia will keep improvising and dodging ....west will keep blocking ....won't be perfect but is definitely having a big effect on russian ability to finance this war .
