HCH have been there for 56 seasons so it should have already been completed.
Have we got any examples of EIA approvals from other companies taking 2 years with the Chilean Government?
I hope they pull off this water business idea cause the alternative is looking like another decade now of CRs before they pull any copper out of the ground according to your timelines with 2 year EIA process that will start next year.
