Take PMT for instance, they raised C75mil, its C50mil as the dilutionary cost, or 50mil @ 1.5x premium. (75mil ish) all done via FTF.
its 82mil AUD total, or ~55milAUD approx to be bought by investors as the block trade/s

The 1.2million difference would have been on sold by UBS to brokers as separate block deals.
