IF a TO does occur, shareholders will get shafted.
I am sorry but that is the reality in this game.
Like ResApp (RAP) getting shafted by Pfizer, and I could name more.
They are master manipulators, devious in the extreme,and will stop at nothing to get your shares as cheap as possible.
It very very rarely goes how you would like it to go.
The escrowed shares will certainly help, but we are a minnow in an olympic sized swimming pool.
This one is just set and forget for me as it will be a volatile ride.
