It has been suggested in these threads that when equity comes on board, that they may do so at a premium to the current SP. Is this correct and, if so, how large will this premium be? I suspect not much but nonetheless relevant to the dilution that existing shareholders will suffer* at financial close.

Thanks to all the great contributors here. Shame about the declining SP, which is a trend across the sector and incongruous to the positive developments in this space.

*perhaps too emotive. On the other hand, it will represent a remarkable milestone and opportunity for future gains for long term holders.
