it's call how in open day light shareholder funds been robbed nothing else and the purchase of interest in any commodity should be based on current market condition not what it could be in next 10 year because you don't know how good sodium iron batter will be with technology advancement and lithium may not be in any demand or recover at-all. they are not paying high prices to purchase royalty from NVDIA that is the big difference here.
The are obliged to provide shareholder information and not make any random choices particularly when not investing money out of their own pocket. the only one that benefit in this is the TLD and the bank that will give funds to purchase while shareholder will have dividend reduced to pay the other two party..
