Check out the bottom line world total of the chart at the following link to get a feel for the future demand 5 years from now. 441 reactors operating + 58 under construction + 148 financially approved + 331 proposed. Compare this with the figures from 2-3 years ago. Also as AJ says - a large part of current supply is from dismantling warheads which is due to cease in 2013.
