This transaction needs to be looked at very closely.....Jon Fogarty's investment firm Ponderosa Investments (WA) Pty Ltd and Ashanti having provided shareholder irrevocable undertakings over approximately 24 per cent. of Trident's issued share capital....there's the connection so who does Jon know on the board and I wonder and who's sitting behind this transaction or is it "The Trident Directors, who have been so advised by BMO Capital Markets Limited (BMO), as to the financial terms of the Transaction, consider the terms of the Transaction to be fair and reasonable. In providing its advice to the Trident Directors, BMO has taken into account the commercial assessments of the Trident Directors.....from the Directors recomendation dated 13 June announced by Trident.
Jason Neal Independent Non Executive Director "Mr. Neal had a 21year investment banker career with BMO Capital Markets" ....from the latest annual report. Thats if the two are the same BMO's???
