If that is the case, it would also follow, that ARU have have an estimated end date for this equity negotiation. i.e. There is no sense in Siemens Gamesa being there and learning how long the balance of the construction will take, if ARU have no end date for this negotiation. i.e Siemens cannot be without NdPr.
i.e. there is no current construction taking place until FID, so they wouldnt be there to see current progress which was put on ice several months back.
