Yes, clarity is certainly needed. The combination of uncertainty and tax loss selling is corrosive.
I'm hovering over the buy button, as I suspect that barring a market crash they will recover a lot of ground by the end of July. But I'm just speculating. Quite a few of the beaten down yield stocks I've bought in the last month are lower still, with ACL and TAH bucking the trend. It's hard to find large cap dividend paying companies at a bargain price right now, without some level of perceived distress or uncertainty.
