Unfortunately there is now going to be a handbrake on the SP. Shortfall stumped up by the underwriters (and sub underwriters) equates to $6.34million (113.2m shares). Of that Tembo and Nebari are on the hook for $2.5million (44.64m shares). The residual of $3.84million is being stumped up by Morgans Corporate and Canaccord Genuity, so 68.56m shares is the overhang. Not sure about Canaccord, but I doubt Morgans Corporate would be too keen to hold onto stock.
