There wasn't an IPO but i think Alkane valued it at $1.10 a share but you would need to look at the demerger documents to confirm that.
It seems to me ASM is way more advanced than then and dilution has been very low.
They need to lock away some contracts for the metal plant and with Dubbo same thing but also finalise a partner and finance.
We will see if it happens. I am sure the monopoly is trying to make it as hard as possible for Western companies which was always the risk.
