I disagree...these lines/candles are simply visual representations of phenomena...in this case buying/selling/human psychology etc....no less or more predictive than any other financial asset...or for that matter any other natural phenomena, be it potato harvests in 16th Century Ireland, life-cycles of the flea etc etc
