What a ridiculous question. It's unanswerable as it will depend on the share price at the time they announce the CR. My estimate on that is probably not before June 2025 and like before December 2025... for reasons I've articulated previously.
And then usually a 15-20% discount to the previous 30 day VWAP.
So unless you are willing to call the share price 12 to 18 months out then how can that question be answered?
