That is laughable. A massive vote of confidence? They placed the shares at a discount. It's a material dilutionary event. And Insto's soaked it up? Give a decent enough discount they'll soak anything up. Just don't expect the register to be reliable afterwards. I'd hazard a guess 50% of the take-up will be moved out at the barest of margins within 6 months. If it happened before the EOFY I wouldn't rule out several to take the money and run, if there is any marginal premium post re-open.
