Considering the project cost $22 million AUD to acquire, the current valuation appears quite attractive for a long-term investment. However, risks remain, particularly with lithium market challenges and the company's need to secure ongoing financing for potential production.

It will be important to monitor how the management navigates these challenges. Unfortunately, my confidence is tempered by the fact that three of the largest shareholders came from RareX, which has performed and similarly been managed poorly and is now trading at very low levels. As a result, my trust in the current management team is not particularly strong at this time.
