Question 5 could be answered by a quick google. Sterilisation drilling refers to the act of "sterilising" areas for infrastructure. E.g. drilling across the areas where the waste dump is planned to ensure that you're not building a waste dump over mineralisation. However, this seems like an unnecessary waste of money at this stage of the project. But at least it's less money to pay the useless ****s who run this company.
