And that is where the hUGE difference lies because ASN have to drill through the radioactive aquifier to get access to their water (14,000 acree- feet of it) for Their DLE Tech,
whereas.
MAN DLE Tech uses little to no water so doesn't need to drill through a radioacive aqufier to gain access to that said water needed for ASN DLE Tech.
