No @Stirer, I cannot confirm that as the company has made no announcements that I'm aware of in relation to a Framework Agreement with the Government of Tanzania or SPR (2022). You now appear to be acknowledging that the Framework Agreement is required as stated in State Participation Regulations (2022) and is not contingent on distribution of "free cash" at all.
