The NDIS housing scheme requires a higher return...those houses can be absolutely trashed. I have looked into that scheme probably fits into the if it is too good to be true pigeon hole. Our medical scheme is pretty good in this country...we have a swathe of people and they are the usual left footers who think everything should be free. I pay private and I get service ...yep always extra to pay but when a $15000 op sets you back $1500 I am ok with that. On the other hand you get these whingers who carry on about they have to wait 6 months or even longer to get service who have no private health...F#$% them I say. They want everything for free but of course we no nothing is free someone is paying...Socialists like it this way. Once again Tarvold is completely wrong because he is just another bleating socialist. Go back to England ya tossa. A lot of the BS Union crap was exported to Australia from Britain in the 50's we paid the price !
