It might have more to do with the USA and the EU (Wednesday) putting tariffs on Chinese EVs. US tariffs 100%! EU 20-35% depending on various factors I think. I don’t think people generally see a turn around in prices coming soon. I see LTM as well placed to weather the storm and fit to whatever EV production scenario occurs.
This is a bit of a throwaway anecdote I guess, but my parents and an aunt all drive an EV now. I can see this trend stopping. Just in a slow down phase that might last longer than wished for. LTM looks cheap to me when I look at the highs of its parts (GXY, ORE, LIVENT). Not advice.
