I, like all of us, am hoping for an announcement advising approval to fill Ponds 1-3 has been conditionally granted, but given the views from the satellite images over Mardie which shows what appears to ongoing civil work on Pond 1, which is supposed to be completed, I very much doubt it.

A quick check on the EPBC Act Public Portal continues to show the OMP as "Awaiting additional information" and I suspect it will stay this way until AFTER the first three ponds are filled (whenever that is....) and the required data for the first three ponds for the GWMP is received, hopefully accepted and the project is (again hopefully) finally approved.

That seems to me to be at least another three months away, but that's my 'gut feel'.

And again, my 'gut feel' is certainly not based on the wealth of information coming from the company..........(yes, sarcasm!!).......!!!!! A vacuum, would be a better description........
