A necessary and positive move by NEO. Unfortunately, HAS doesn't really have the luxury of a long term turnaround story due to the con note which will see them owing Twiggy probably close to $210-$220m by maturity next year.
Anything that gets the NEO sp up is good but this isn't what HAS bought into. The market will determine the merit of the announcement of the strategic review. Right now the more pressing issue for HAS is to secure debt funding, which feels slightly more attainable with the reduction in overall costs of the project.
