The forward plan and timeline indicates that the PFS is starting now and goes for 18 months. I think this why the market is underwhelmed. The scoping study is completed but this was supposed to happen a long time ago. A long PFS inevitably holds up production. Why should I continue to hold without an attempt to get quicker returns? Some things to consider are - should they consider getting other quotes and alternative plans for a staged startup. The delays over the last 6 months plus should not be acceptable. Find a firm that can deliver better options faster, then the price will appreciate. I continue to hold but am cocerned about the lack of urgency.
