I’m seeing a lot of chat about this 1 billion dollar MC. Whilst it seems exciting and life changing for all those involved, I do hope it is achieved. But my question is, how is ‘fair value’ calculated for a company like this? If all goes to plan and we have biblical results of niobium/tantalum from the drill tests, at what point would this company become overvalued? Is WA1 overvalued? Undervalued? Take shares on the ASX during COVID, still in the start up phase, MC in the billions, yet not making a single cent, got pumped out of this world, then beaten down to ground zero. Could this happen with SUM, or would the value of the goodies in the ground always keep a solid share price?
