And some around here call him Maestro because he takes so many different technical considerations and then orchestrates them all into a deceptively lean and simple ‘tune’ on the page that is accessible even by those who understand nothing.
And I have no doubts about the fact I am richer in a multiple of ways for his friendship and encouragement to work at and share various bits of research here … not that this thread needs it -and to not be shy about being ‘just me’
And once again to anyone out there who happens by:
There’s an astonishing amount of knowledge and clear thinking getting demonstrated here on a daily basis and not too much ‘flack’.
I reckon even those MOM guys must look in here on a daily basis and then add their own take to whatever’s being said .
But I do I agree with Calm that Spartan’s famous-ness is beginning to worry me a bit .
That’s simply on the basis I read that once the Uber drivers and strangers at barbecues start giving you ‘the tip’ on an unknown gold company and it turns out to be ‘your very own ‘ then it’s time to look at selling.
(I wonder if that is why Jules Pemberton at NRW made the decision to close out of more than 6% of
shares at 58c each recently?)
…. but there’s plenty of ‘Black Caviar’ stories out there too where the favourite just keeps on winning…
it would be kind of truly *exceptional* if Spartan was one of those
