I agree with you that Gina and the WA Gov are likely to enforce a unit development agreement for WE and SE, and that will take months to negotiate.
As I had said months ago, I expect STX will require a CR to have been completed by Sept, because the Wailyering cash flow alone won't be enough to satisfy Mac Bank.
Interesting times watching from the sidelines. STX needs more than just a few cupcakes to sort itself out.....
