I think it's very obvious where both boards allegiances lie and it's not to shareholders, I guarantee whatever is in the best interests of the ffx board is the path they will take, 3-4 years full pay whilst court battles play out sounds like an absolute dream to me...

same goes for LLL, how will they pay 10s of millions in salary's if they return capital? they won't, they will sign us up to an average deal and keep this shitshow going.
not to say the deal we get won't make money, a broken clock is right twice a day so we are bound to get some luck eventually
