Its all relative to the election campaign! Unfair that due process is halted and decision held back. Might also be said its unfair to make a decision now as due process needs time to decide on how Albo said its a new application not long ago, It should be decided on its merits in a timely manner. This is so true that the government has no idea what will happpen if they accept the chalice.

Is the wind project in same area as PEP11 also a chalice.? It's been approved! Does more harm to the ocean by far and effects environment footprint far more. Its construction will effect and disturb the waters so much more.

One way is if Albo stood up and said no, hed be held in great view for all the Greens and Teals, but he cant due to bias! Law has said so, does this also mean he can't so Yes? But wait a sec what if NOPTA have said YES!

Another way is Albo stood up and said yes and be held in great view for our energy needs that we need no bias at all just a simple realisation we need energy and Nopta have approved so PEP11 is approved.

If NOPTA have said Yes, if Yes is there recommendation and Albo does not stand up and make a decision if Labour decision is No.
